Order execution and delivery mechanism
We note here
that it is very important that you review the information that you enter and
correct any errors in it before confirming the execution of the request. Because
if there is an error, it will be difficult to correct the error unless the
purchasing expert does not carry out the purchase process. You can always
modify the order before starting execution, and you will get notifications in
this regard.
When we
receive your order, the purchasing experts will start processing your order
exactly as you want, and you will get a notification stating that your order
has been successfully received, and then the purchasing expert or delivery
person will deliver the order to the address registered on the application. You
can always contact the purchasing expert for more details about the order.
Cancelling order
You have the
right to cancel the order as long as it has not entered into force, that is,
unless the execution of your order has actually begun.
In special
cases, My Cart has the right to cancel the order before or after it has been
accepted, and you will be notified immediately.
We do our
best to ensure that we maintain correct prices and specifications, however we
reserve the right to cancel any order containing incorrect information.
Membership in my cart
Any member
in my cart gets a "username" that the member defines themselves.
Where "username" is a personal name that is unique to the Member.
My basket is
provided with information and notifications about offers that may be of
interest to him and that he may benefit from, and my basket does not share the
user's personal information with any third party, except in the cases indicated
in the usage agreement.
Member responsibilities
By using the
My Cart services, the Member accepts and acknowledges the following:
* The use of
pseudonyms should not violate regulations, public morals, good behavior and
laws. The member is obligated not to harass or threaten any of my basket's
customer service employees, purchasing experts, delivery workers or drivers,
and not to act in a way that affects the use of other users of my basket's
services.
* My basket
may use its own system for commercial purposes.
* Not to
cause harm or violate the security of the site, or any services, software or
hardware associated with the system, accounts, passwords, servers or networks
connected to the site or accessed through sites or affiliated or linked sites.
Prohibited activities
You may not
access and use the Site for any purpose other than as set out in and provided
to you in the My Cart Usage Agreement. The purpose of My Basket is for the
personal use of the users themselves, so it may not be used for any commercial
interests, except as permitted by My Basket. In the event that this clause is
violated or the person performs any prohibited activity, the company has the
right to terminate or suspend the user's membership and prevent him from
accessing the service.
Termination of the agreement
Sellati has
the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement at any time and without any
restriction.
Limitations of personal or commercial use
Under this
agreement, you agree that the consequences of the commercial use of My Cart or
the re-publishing of any content or information on the site or application
without the permission of My Cart may be grave and disastrous that cannot be
estimated, as it is not possible to obtain adequate monetary compensation for
it, and therefore My Cart has the right to take any action Temporary or
permanent decision to stop and prohibit this use.
The delivery process
In the event
that the delivery worker affiliated with my basket or the employee in charge of
the delivery process to the address specified in the system by the user
himself, and the user (the owner of the request) was not present to receive the
order without prior notice on his part of any change to the address or delivery
details, the order cannot be delivered To any other place or person without an order
from the user, and in this case the member must accept all legal
responsibilities resulting from the delivery of the request to any wrong
destination and he alone bears that.
Return and exchange policy:
For any item that needs to be exchanged, please
contact My Cart Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds in
cash or to credit cards will be processed by My Basket within 48 hours, the
time the amount reaches your account will depend on your bank.
For orders
made with a credit card, any refund will be applied to the card used at the
time of the order.
Any request
for refund or exchange of products will be investigated by Sallati Customer Service.
Unused food
items will only be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase
Use of credit cards
The
website/application offers the possibility of purchasing products through the
website (online) and paying the required amount via the Internet. All cash
transfer and payment operations, including licenses and financial entitlements,
must be in Saudi riyals.
Our payment
system includes several methods/forms of payment methods:
For online
payments: credit cards (Visa or Master Card only) / mada cards for cards issued
by Saudi banks only through the online portal of our banking service provider.
In the case
of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as
soon as the payment is accepted. We do not bear any responsibility if the
payment process is rejected or canceled by the credit card / mada card service
provider for any reason. You must check with the bank that provides the credit
card / mada card service about the reason for rejection
You must
make sure that the information related to your credit card that you use to pay
for electronic services is correct, valid and accurate, and you must use the
credit card / mada cards that are legally affiliated with you. Your personal
information will not be used or shared by the electronic services with any
third party, with the exception of verifying the legitimacy of the information
and not falsifying it, or when required by the law, legitimate regulations, or
at the request of the court. The website service (online) shall not be
responsible in any way for the fraud of credit cards / mada cards. You will be
held liable for the use of fraudulent credit cards / debit cards and you will
be fully responsible for proving otherwise.
In the event
that the order is canceled, the amount will be returned by the credit card /
mada card that was used to pay the order amount.
In the event
that the value of the order is less than the required amount, the remaining
amount will be returned as a balance in the wallet in the application
Partial
payments on mada cards cannot be refunded.
Your use of
the electronic payment service (online) on our website is tantamount to tacit
approval of your commitment to these terms. In the event that you do not agree
to any of the terms of these terms, then we ask you not to use this service.
